Processing times 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays. 

Shipping Rates

- 59 kr for all orders within Sweden
- free shipping for orders over 1000 kr

Order status and order tracking

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number so you can track your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ljusology@gmail.com with your name and order number and we will look into it.
